Titanic Distillers at Thompson Dock is open Thursday to Sunday 10:00 – 19:00 (last admission at 17:30). These opening hours are subject to change.
Car parking spaces are on a first come first served basis and unfortunately cannot be pre-booked. Car parking spaces are within 100 yards of our Visitor Centre.

Yes, all tours are guided by one of our experienced guides.
We recommend to pre-booking online, so you have a guaranteed entry time and date, avoiding any lengthy queues.

Please bring either a physical or digital copy of your booking confirmation.
If you have forgotten, then provide your name and email address that the booking was placed under at reception, and we can locate it within our system.
If you arrive after your tour has started unfortunately you will not be able to join the tour. However, we will do our very best to get you on the next available tour. During peak times this will not be possible. We recommend that you arrive 10 mins prior to your scheduled tour.
Yes! Of course, we are accessible to dogs at our bar & coffee shop, with dog bowls and water set up every day.
However, we do not allow dogs on any of our tour experiences and please prepare for someone to look after the dog during your visit.
Yes, you can take photos and we encourage it so long as it is safe to do so. You can find us on Facebook and Instagram. Don’t forget to tag us in your photos and tell us all about your trip. We ask visitors not to record our guided experience.
