Titanic Distillers’ 8 Year Old Single Malt Irish Whiskey celebrates those moments of connection, bringing together traditional Irish craftsmanship and character.
Titanic Distillers’ first Single Malt Irish Whiskey, aged for a minimum of eight years and crafted for depth, balance and broad appeal. Scoring an impressive 98 points at the prestigious San Francisco World Spirits Competition and named Irish Single Malt of the Year at the London Spirits Competition, this award-winning expression is made from double-distilled single malt, delivering a rich, rounded mouthfeel and layers of complex flavour.
The whiskey is matured across four distinct cask types: Ex-Bourbon, Virgin Oak, Oloroso Sherry and Pedro Ximénez Sherry, each contributing its own character to create a beautifully balanced and refined expression.

Tasting Profile

This whiskey opens with an inviting sweetness of creamy honeycomb and vanilla, layered with notes of toasted malt, rich chocolate and a subtle hint of fruit cake. A gentle coconut character emerges, adding a playful richness beneath the depth of darker fruits.

The palate builds on that initial sweetness, revealing layers of added complexity. Subtle herbal and polished oak notes intertwine with warming spice and a refined thread of dark fruit. A luxuriously creamy, gently oily texture envelops the mouth, delivering both depth and elegance.

The finish is long and lingering, as the initial sweetness gently recedes into subtle spice and refined oak. Lingering notes of fruit and dark chocolate remain, fading slowly and gracefully, inviting another sip.
