To blend the light, sweet vanilla note of Irish grain whiskies, with the rich, deep, spice of triple-distilled malts. To round everything out with a hint of peat smoke and a long, lingering finish.

Tasting Profile
Rich and Complex. Combining and early hint of peat and the sweet sherry cask characteristics.
Smooth and well balanced. Notes of vanilla, peppery spice and rich vine fruits such as raisins, dates and sultanas.
While the sherry notes taper off, the peat lingers. The boldness of the malt shows its depth of character.
